1.Product Type and Function:

  • Water Quality Sampling Boat: Built-in 4 water sampling bottles, with a one-way valve design at the bottom to prevent water backflow; large-diameter screw cap on the top for quick sample sealing. Suitable for routine water quality sampling and early water sampling for emergency monitoring.
  • Water Quality Testing Boat: Integrated with 3 water sampling bottles and 1 water quality analyzer with customized parameters. The analyzer can be equipped with an automatic cleaning function as needed, and supports the detection of 10 core water quality parameters such as dissolved oxygen, pH, and ORP. It is suitable for complex scenarios such as pollution source tracking and lake eutrophication monitoring.

2.Core functional advantages:

  • Automated operation: With the help of GPS, Beidou positioning system and high-precision maps, accurate planning and automatic navigation of various points such as electronic fences and no-go zones can be achieved; with ultrasonic radar, millimeter-wave radar and camera, dynamic obstacle avoidance can be achieved in a coordinated manner, with obstacle response time less than 2 seconds and operation error ≤ 1 meter.
  • Efficient sampling: The hidden water sampling bottle design at the stern effectively avoids navigation interference. The sampling time for a single bottle is less than 15 seconds, and the daily operating area can reach 20 square kilometers, which greatly improves the sampling efficiency. ​

  • Accurate detection: The water quality analyzer can connect up to 9 probes, with a dissolved oxygen detection accuracy of ±2% FS and a pH accuracy of ±0.01pH. The data is updated in real time every minute to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

  • Data management: Through the console or mobile APP, you can monitor the sampling progress and water quality data in real time, and automatically warn of abnormal situations; it supports the storage of historical data for more than 1 year, and can generate PDF reports containing trend analysis charts to facilitate data archiving and analysis.

3.Application scenarios and solutions:

  • River monitoring: Set up "sampling + detection points" at intervals of several kilometers in the main channel of the river, and use ordinary points to correct the route to avoid shallows. The intelligent water sampling ship automatically navigates along the preset route. After arriving at the point, it simultaneously completes sampling and detection of indicators such as dissolved oxygen and conductivity. It can complete fully automatic monitoring of 10-12 kilometers of river sections per hour, providing data support for the overall water quality assessment of the river.
  • Lake emergency: Delineate "detection anomaly + sampling points" in the lake blue algae warning area, and configure blue-green algae, chlorophyll and other detection probes. Assuming that the water quality sampling ship arrives at a certain coordinate point and detects that the concentration of blue-green algae exceeds 300 cells/mL, the system automatically determines that the detection is abnormal, and the water sampling ship triggers sampling at this point and marks the coordinates. The abnormality is marked in the inspection report generated at this point, which helps to take emergency algae removal measures in time.

  • Water source inspection: Use a water quality detection ship equipped with an automatic cleaning device to monitor indicators such as turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, and oil in water. By comparing real-time with historical data, it warns of upstream non-point source pollution risks and protects drinking water safety.
